The terms and conditions as detailed on this page apply. They supersede any previous terms and conditions that may have been agreed upon, either verbally or in writing.

Route Planning
When planning your journey, please keep in mind the size of our vehicles. If your route involves using very narrow streets with little room to turn, please discuss this with us prior to the day of your special event. Our cars simply may not be able to take the route that you had originally planned.

Occupancy

The legal maximum passenger occupancy for our vehicles as laid down by the taxi regulator is as follows:

Stretch Lincoln Town Car: 8 passengers

Hummer H2: 5 passengers

Mercedes S-Class: 4 passengers

Rolls Royce Silver Wraith II: 4 passengers

Please ensure that everyone in your group is aware of this as refusal on the day to carry people over and above these numbers can offend.

Vehicles

Our vehicles are maintained to the highest possible standards and are extremely reliable. However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown on route or before the day, we cannot be held liable. If this happens, we will make every effort possible to ensure that a similar car of the same colour is supplied for your booking. We reserve the right to alter this if there are circumstances beyond our control.

Payment
We accept cash, postal orders, cheques and bank drafts. Cheques are accepted but only with a minimum of 14 working days prior to the hire in order to clear the banking system. All payments must be made before the commencement of the hire.

Deposit
A deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit amount will vary depending on the overall cost of the hire and will be agreed upon at the time when the booking is being made.

Basic Conditions
All hirers must be at least 18 years of age.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure all passengers abide by the terms and conditions.

The hirer holds the company harmless of any and all liability for any personal or material damage arising from the conduct of their party.

Food is not permitted into any of our vehicles without the consent of the chauffeur.

In order to prevent injury to the passengers or damage to our vehicles, Champagne bottles are only to be opened by the driver.

It is illegal to smoke in a limousine. Any breach of this law will result in the immediate termination of the hire.

In the event of the vehicle being left in an unreasonable condition by the hirer and/or their party, a minimum charge of €150 will apply. Examples of unreasonable condition include damage to the vehicle, soiling, food and drink spills.

Poor conduct on the part of the hirer and/or their party while in the limousine will result in the immediate cancelation of the hire without refund.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that all passengers are at the pickup locations at the previously agreed pickup times. The vehicle may be booked for another job so it will be at the drivers discretion as to any additional waiting time.  This waiting time will be charged in blocks of 15 minutes at the hourly rate.

Alcohol is supplied in our cars for some bookings. It is the express responsibility of the hirer to ensure that alcohol is not consumed by anyone under the age of 18 years while travelling in our limousines. Failure to comply with this will result in the immediate termination of the booking. If you do not want alcohol supplied for your booking, please state this when booking the car.
